Koinonia has six houses for students to rent. The total cost is split up amongst the residents and covers your utilities and the house is fitted with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, washer, dryer and other amenities. For more details on cost and availability, fill out the form below.

Community Building
Our student houses are a great way to build a community. They were built with the idea that residents would be able to host other students in a home-style environment that has space and comfortability. All of our houses have an open concept entrance with the kitchen, dining, and living space easily accessible to each other.
